Glenn Beck Claims That God Wants People To Get A Damn Job

2 Thessalonians 3:10: "While we (Paul, Silas, Timothy) were with you (people of the church in Thessalonica), we told you: "Whoever does not want to work is not allowed to eat.""
2 Thessalonians 3:11: "We say this because we hear that there are some people among you who live lazy lives, who do nothing except meddle in other people's business."

Beck is WAY out of context with his pick-n-choose scripture reference (again).
First: Paul is clearly writing of those who don't want to work. There are many who DO want to work, and cannot find it.
Second: 2 Thess 3:11 is actually condemning Beck and his type; those who get rich off the backs of others. He CLEARLY is meddling in others' business. DAILY.
The Good News is Beck can still repent. He can ask for forgiveness. He can turn his life around. I pray for this since his babblings evidently affect some portion of America.

There are too many who twist the Word to fit their own agendas. This ultimately gives God and His followers a bad name. If this raises my objections, I can only imagination what this does to our God in Heaven.
